The board of CDPL on May 27 2020 has approved conversion of 3,50,000 warrants into 3,50,000 equity shares of CDPL. The board of CDPL on May 27 2020 also approved conversion of 11,53,026 CCPS into 11,62,618 equity shares of CDPL. Post the aforesaid conversions, the Company holds ~18.75% voting rights in CDPL.
