In this regard, we confirm that the Company has completed dispatch of interim dividends through electronic mode to all those shareholders whose bank accounts were registered with the Company / Depositories. However, with regard to those shareholder whose bank account details are not registered, the physical instruments for the dividends are being dispatched to their registered address. In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, the physical dispatches is taking a slightly longer time than usual. The Company is making best efforts to ensure that that the physical instruments/ DDs are dispatched within best possible timelines.
