Name : Alok Industries Ltd.
Subject : Clarification With reference to Movement in Volume,
Alok Industries Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under : “We refer to your email communications of 27 July 2020, 3 July 2020 and 21 May 2020 on the subject matter seeking an explanation for the spurt in the volume of our Company’s equity shares. In this regard, we reproduce our earlier response below. Besides the fact that the implementation of the approved Resolution Plan under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is underway, details of which have been provided to your Exchange from time to time, there is nothing else of note to inform. Our stand that the increase in the volume of our security appears to be based on market speculation therefore continues to hold good.”
