With reference to aforesaid intimation for acquisition of majority stake in Vayavya Labs Private Limited (“VL”) and its shareholders and in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Directors, the Managing Director & CEO of the Company has modified terms of the acquisition in Vayavya Labs Private Limited as stated below. Accordingly, all other terms remaining unchanged following description as stated at Annexure A of earlier intimation dated 11th March, 2020 be modified and read as under: f. Indicative Time Period for completion of acquisition – The deal is expected to get closed by the fourth quarter of FY2021 vs first quarter of FY 2021 as intimated earlier.
