Interpretation of Annual Reports

This is a Half Day to One Day Workshop that involves reading of a company’s annual report from the perspective of all users of such reports. These would include employees, shareholders, lenders, government etc.

It will cover analysing and interpreting and reading between the line of all the contents of the Annual Report that would include:

  • Chairman’s Statement
  • Director’s Report
  • Auditor’s Report
  • Financial Statements
  • Notes to Accounts

It will take into account the Disclosure, Transperancy and Accounting presentation of material transactions and the impact on valuation. Value Vs Price assessment will also be debated.
