The transaction was completed on November 11, 2021. 2. The RRVL is an unlisted subsidiary of the Company. 3. As per the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), the aforesaid transaction does not warrant a disclosure under LODR. 4. We have made and will continue to make disclosures in compliance with our obligations under LODR and our agreements with the stock exchanges.
